Involving Elderly in social Enterprises and production work to ensure sustainability and productivity.
Subarta believes that an elderly has potentiality and Capacity. Subarta , thereby, employs them in various activities according to his/her capability. Involving them in nursery activities, Handicraft making and so on is our regular activity, which keeps them fit both physically and mentally. Our elderly spontaneously participated in National SME Mela at Dhaka and applauds of admiration. Besides, Subarta organized different Stalls at Bank Town, Savar at different occasions and our elderly engaged themselves with these stalls. We also encourage our Staff to to different social enterprise to enable them to become financially solvent.
